Return / Refund Policy
- All Products are directly imported by E & K Sunrise and carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
- The customer is responsible for any originating shipping fee and any return shipping fees
- If your product arrived damaged, please return the product to E & K Sunrise PTY LTD for inspection. If you are unable to return the product please provide a clear digital photo of the damage.
- All exchanges and returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the good and returned to E&K Sunrise within 14 days
- Damaged products will be issued with a credit or return
- If you wish for a replacement this will be sent with your next order with us
- Change of mind returns are not accepted
- Damage caused by improper handling or care is not returnable
- E & K Sunrise PTY LTD will not be held responsible for refunds on items that are undeliverable, or for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information which was given at the time of ordering.
