When shopping at our online store you can rest assured that all your information is handled securely. Where do you deliver?
We are able to deliver our products to any location within Australia. Depending on loaction shipment may take from 7- 14 days from initial placement of order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / Bankcard), payment by cheque, money order, direct bank transfer (EFT).

Can I make changes or cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please notify us immediately to find out if your order has been been processed and / or dispatched.
Orders that have already been processed and / or dispatched may not be cancelled or amended.

Why can't I see any prices?
Our general online catalogue does not show our wholesale pricing, to access our online wholesale prices you must first be approved by E & K Sunrise PTY LTD. to upgrade your registered account to a wholesale account.

Do you sell your products retail?
E & K Sunrise does not have a retail outlet or sell it's products at retail prices.

Can I become a wholesaler of your products?
We are a trade only company. If you have a registered Australian Businesses with a valid ABN or ACN you may apply to open a wholesale account.
